1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote or less accessible areas, delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner availability.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All standard products are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability.
  • Customized or personalized products may take additional time depending on the complexity and quantity of customization requested. Typical processing time ranges from 3-7 business days.
  • You will receive regular email and WhatsApp updates regarding your order status.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote/Non-serviceable Areas: 7–10 business days (may vary)

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, quantity, and delivery location. We offer free shipping on select bulk orders or promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to track the real-time delivery status of your package.

6. Delays in Shipment

We strive to meet promised timelines. However, delays may occur due to:
  • Public holidays or weekends
  • Weather disruptions or natural calamities
  • Transportation strikes or courier delays
  • Unexpected surge in orders during festive seasons
We will proactively keep you updated in such cases and ensure timely communication.

7. Packaging

All products are securely packed in tamper-proof and damage-resistant packaging. Fragile items receive extra protective layers to avoid any transit damage.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India. For export queries, please write to support@corpokart.com.

9. Address Changes & Order Modifications

You can modify your delivery address or order only before it is shipped. Once the shipment is in transit, changes cannot be made. For any changes, please contact our support team immediately.

10. Missed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery fails, the product will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply for the second delivery attempt.

11. Bulk or Corporate Orders

For bulk/corporate gifting orders, delivery timelines may vary based on quantity, customization, and location. A dedicated sales manager will guide you through the expected timeline and logistics.
