At CorpoKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of customized products (engraved, printed, embroidered, etc.), these items are not eligible for direct return or refund.
However, exceptions may be considered under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The customization differs significantly from what was confirmed during the order.
Each such request will be reviewed by our quality and support team. Based on the degree of customization and the issue reported, we reserve the right to approve or decline refund or replacement.
Note: Customized product deliveries may take additional time based on complexity, design approval, and production logistics.
2. Non-Customized Products
For non-customized, standard catalog products:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team within the applicable return period. Provide your order ID, contact details, and images (in case of damage or incorrect customization).
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds (for eligible cases) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer (details to be provided by the customer).
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, unless production has already begun.
- Customized orders cannot be canceled once design/production has started.
6. Exceptions
- Gift cards, clearance items, or heavily discounted promotional items are non-refundable.
- Any item returned without proper packaging or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible.
