Payment Policy

At Corpokart, we strive to make your corporate gifting experience seamless and secure. Below is our payment policy outlining accepted methods, transaction safety, and important guidelines for payments made through our platform.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on selected non-customized items only

2. Payment for Customized Orders

All customized product orders must be prepaid. We initiate production only after full payment is received. In some cases, a partial advance (minimum 70%) can be accepted, depending on the order size and mutual agreement.

3. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices listed are exclusive of GST unless specifically mentioned.
  • Applicable GST rates (as per product category) will be added during checkout or quotation.
  • Final invoice will be shared post-payment along with GST details.

4. Payment Security

We use encrypted and secure payment gateways to ensure your transaction is safe. Your banking information is never stored on our servers. All card and wallet payments comply with RBI guidelines.

5. Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment is received, you’ll get an automatic email or WhatsApp confirmation along with order summary.
  • In case of bank transfers, please share your UTR/Transaction ID with our team for quick verification.

6. Failed Transactions

If your transaction fails but money is debited, please allow up to 3–5 business days for it to reflect back in your account. You can also contact us at 9211914332 for assistance.

7. Refunds & Return(if applicable)

Refunds & Return (for eligible cases) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any payment disputes or chargebacks, we encourage users to reach out to our support team before contacting their bank. We aim to resolve all payment issues amicably.
